4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

  • PayTm
  • UPI
  • AmazonPay
4.2 No Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is not offered due to high misuse and operational constraints.

4.3 Order Confirmation

An order is considered accepted when:

  1. You complete payment successfully, and
  2. We send an order confirmation email.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Payment fails
  • Product is unavailable
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Shipping cannot be completed to your location

5. PRICING, TAXES & INVOICES

  • Prices are displayed in INR.
  • Applicable taxes (GST) are included or displayed at checkout.
  • Invoices are issued electronically after successful order placement.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice; changes do not affect orders already placed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are shipped through registered third-party logistics partners.
  • Delivery times vary by location; estimated timelines are shown at checkout.
  • Any delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Our standard return and refund rules are:

  • Return window: 7 days
  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer
  • Refund timeline: 14–60 days
  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition (unless defective)

  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
