Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines how orders placed with JMD Herbal Pharmaceuticals, including its brands JMD Herbal and Protection360, may be cancelled. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

You may request a cancellation before the order is shipped.

How to Cancel

To request cancellation, contact us at:

Provide your order number and registered contact information for verification.

Once Shipped

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier.

2. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 14–60 days depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • Any payment gateway fees deducted at the time of transaction are non-recoverable and may not be refunded.

3. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

We may cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • Payment failure or incomplete payment
  • Invalid or unreachable delivery address
  • Repeated failed deliveries or prior misuse
  • Product unavailable or out of stock
  • Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transaction
  • Operational constraints or regulatory requirements

If an order is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified, and a refund (if applicable) will be processed per standard timelines.

4. CANCELLATION DUE TO DELAYED DELIVERY

If there is an unavoidable delay in dispatching your order:

  • You may request cancellation before the order is shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation cannot be processed even if the delay was longer than expected
  • Refunds will follow standard timelines

5. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS & BULK ORDERS

Orders placed during:

  • Festive offers
  • Clearance sales
  • Promotional deals
  • Limited-time discounts

may not be eligible for cancellation unless approved by the Company.

Bulk orders or wholesale requests may also be subject to additional cancellation conditions.
